Your information, and what you can do with it.

• Delete a Speaking recording. In Speaking practice, deleting a recording also permanently removes its transcript, its response details and any practice feedback derived from it.
• Review your practice history. Your attempts, results and progress are visible in your account.
• Change your profile and language. Goal, study settings and interface language are editable in your profile.

• A copy of the personal information held about you
• Correction of information that is wrong
• Deletion of specific information
• Deletion of your account and the data associated with it
• A question about how your information is handled

A published address for privacy requests is still being set up. Rather than print an address that nobody is monitoring, we are saying so plainly. See Contact for the current position.

A self-service account deletion control is not available yet. We are not going to show a button that does not fully do what it says. When it is available, it will remove your profile, practice history, written submissions, voice recordings, transcripts and derived feedback, subject to any technical or legal retention that genuinely applies.

Backups and service providers may hold copies for a limited period after deletion, so removal is not always instantaneous everywhere.
