Straight answers about what Eng Training does.

Short answers to the questions people ask most often, written to match how the product actually behaves.

Is Eng Training affiliated with IELTS?

No. Eng Training is an independent IELTS preparation platform. IELTS is a trademark of the IELTS Partners. Eng Training is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by IELTS or the IELTS Partners, and does not use their materials or visual identity.

Does Eng Training provide official IELTS scores?

No. Everything on Eng Training is practice. Only an official IELTS examination produces an official IELTS score. Practice results are meant to guide your preparation, not to predict or guarantee a test outcome.

How are Reading and Listening answers checked?

Reading and Listening practice answers are checked against fixed answer keys. Marking is deterministic: the same answer always produces the same result. Where the material supports it, each checked answer links back to the passage or audio evidence behind it, so you can see why it was marked that way.

How does Writing and Speaking feedback work?

Writing and Speaking feedback is AI-assisted practice guidance designed to help you identify your next practice priorities. It is not IELTS scoring, and it is not produced by an examiner. You choose when to request it; it never runs automatically.

For Speaking, you are asked for permission before any recording is made, and you can delete a recording and everything derived from it at any time.

Are practice levels IELTS band levels?

No. Eng Training organises material into five practice levels — Low, Low–Medium, Medium, Medium–High and High. These help structure your learning. They are not official IELTS band levels and do not convert to one.

Can I use Eng Training in another language?

Selected navigation and product help are available in other languages, with English used as a fallback where a translation is not available. IELTS practice and test content always stays in English, because the examination itself is in English.
